The house, located in the heart of Limassol, has a contemporary “L-shape” design with modern materials and finishes, such as concrete and wood, applied throughout the project.
Skyline Flat
Located in an upcoming neighborhood of Limassol, this two-bedroom flat offers unobstructed views of the city’s skyline and the Mediterranean Sea. Inspired by the lofts in Soho and Brooklyn in New York, this flat’s interior can be easily described as sophisticated yet industrial.
Urban Café
Located in the heart of Limassol, this coffee and vegan snacks space has a unique urban and playful vibe, expressing fully the shop’s brand identity.
Student Halls
The design of the new student halls aim to create an internal open air park, a “neighbourhood in the sky”, full of opportunities of easy access, exercise, gathering, relaxation and fun, targeting the contemporary student, whilst encouraging sustainability and a healthy lifestyle.
